The Name
Colluzions is not a standard word. It is a constructed one — assembled from fragments that each carry meaning, layered together the way light layers through a prism.
The name holds collision, collaboration, illusion, light, and science in a single compressed form. It describes a practice that works at the edges of disciplines — where the boundaries dissolve and something new becomes possible.

COL — collision and collaboration. The productive crash of ideas, materials, disciplines, and people. Art needs science. Technology needs wonder. Neither arrives complete.
LUZ — from the Spanish and Portuguese for light. Light as medium, light as metaphor. The illumination of hidden systems, invisible forces, unseen data. Making the imperceptible perceptible.
IONS — the charged particles that carry energy through matter. The language of physics, chemistry, and biology. A reminder that every experience has a material substrate — electrons, photons, vibration, force.
The Work
We use real-time sensing — depth cameras, motion capture, spatial data — combined with generative visual and audio systems to build installations where the technology disappears and the experience remains. The audience does not need to understand how it works. They need only to feel it working.
